Avenue is what Regina's food scene needed. Most higher end restaurants in Regina are steakhouses or franchises with no personality. Avenues checks most of my boxes for a good restaurant. Tasty food, great service, amazing venue, good location and fair prices. Although I loved the old open concept design, but the new partitions make sense and they give an intimate feel to the place. You should give Avenue at least one try.
We love this place! We don’t even consider going elsewhere for dinner & drinks when we’re in Regina. The staff are incredible & very welcoming (even when we changed our reso time twice and were still late ). Come here if you want an impressive night out in this little city! …
If you're seeking out a venue for fine dining this is a must try. Regina really doesn't have many places that rival this location. The evening was such a fun experience. To celebrate our wedding anniversary we sought to seek out somewhere that not only served good food, but also was different than the regular run of the mill steak houses. Hearing about this establishment from others on social media, we knew we had to try it. Choosing to leave the decisions to the chef, we went with the tasting menu which had 4 courses all of which the chef chooses what you receive. Everything was amazing. Beautiful plating and the gastronomic journey was just what we were looking for. They do serve beef wellington, which is nearly impossible to find in Regina. So if you are looking for it, this is the place to go. It is upscale dining. As such, the bill was on the higher side. Though, for the quality and flavors, and overall experience, it was worth it.
Impeccable service and food. The suggestions from the server were very helpful. Relatively small menu but I'm certain every dish would have been as amazing as mine. Great spot for a cocktail as well.
I’ve known about Avenue since it opened and slightly embarrassed I haven’t dined here before. From the service to the food to the vibe it was all top shelf. The aged beef ravioli was amazing. For those who don’t drink, they have a great mocktail list for your enjoyment. I definitely won’t wait as long to return.
Amazing restaurant located downtown Regina. The staff was amazing, and the food was too die for. I had the pork belly cut starters. The pork was a little tougher than it could've been, but the flavours more than made up for it. It was followed by the smoked mushrooms which were like eating a piece of heaven. This plate will warm up your soul in those cold fall evenings. Andrew at the bar was very friendly, and could mix a great cocktail too.
Big fan! It’s got a New York City vibe, with high ceilings, modern decor and an ambiance that oozes upscale yet chill. Food selection was superb, with lots of meat dishes but some vegetarian choices. Priced appropriately, and well worth the value and quality of the food. The detail in the preparation was amazing, all the dishes (from chicken wings to trout) were bursting with flavours that left me wanting to try many more menu items!
